Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for goods that have been opened or worn. Items must be returned with the seal intact. If you wish to return unwanted items, you must do so within 14 days of receiving them.
Before making any returns, please contact us at info@annakeylashes.com for further instructions. Please note that all returns may take up to 14 working days to be processed by our returns department from the date they are received at our HQ.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you wish to exchange an item, please notify our customer service team at info@annakeylashes.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with the next steps if an exchange is applicable.
Please note: Our lashes are handmade with care, and each one may have slight variations. These minor differences are not faults but part of the unique craftsmanship of our products.
Upon receiving your order, please check that the goods are in perfect condition and notify us immediately if there is a problem.
Important Information for International Returns
If you are returning items from outside the EU, please DO NOT use courier services, as they may incur excessive clearance fees. We may either refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you. Ensure that the declared value on the parcel is listed as "ZERO" and clearly write "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form and the parcel itself, as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges.
